Violations of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, 37A O.S., Section 1-101 et seq., and the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, 3A O.S., Section 401 et seq., may result in suspension, fine, suspension and fine, or revocation of a license. The specific penalties for violating these Acts are listed in the Commission's penalty schedule. The penalty schedule is divided into two categories enumerating major and minor violations of the Act. Probation may be granted for minor violations. The major violations penalty schedule is listed in Appendix A of this Chapter and the minor violations penalty schedule is listed in Appendix B of this Chapter.
