All applicants for original Brewer's, Distiller's, Winemaker's, Rectifier's, Wine and Spirits Wholesaler's, Beer Distributor's, Small Brewer Self-Distributor's, Brewpub Self-Distributor's, Winemaker Self- Distributor's, Retail Spirit, Retail Beer, Retail Wine, Beer and Wine, Mixed Beverage or Caterer licenses shall file with the Director or the Commission their application within sixty (60) days from the date of the first publication of Notice of Intention to Apply for an Alcoholic Beverage License, or said Notice of Intention shall be null and void.
