All applicants for original Brewer's, Distiller's, Winemaker's, Rectifier's, Wine and Spirits Wholesaler's, Beer Distributor's, Small Brewer Self-Distributor, Brewpub Self-Distributor, Winemaker Self- Distributor, Retail Spirit, Retail Beer, Retail Wine, Beer and Wine, Mixed Beverage and Caterer licenses shall, prior to applying for such license, twice publish a notice of its intention to apply, once every eight (8) days within two (2) successive weeks.
