1. (a) Applicants shall provide sufficient documentation establishing either:

   1. (1) Oklahoma residency for at least two (2) years immediately preceding the application submission date; or
   2. (2) Five (5) years continuous Oklahoma residency during the twenty-five (25) years immediately preceding the application submission date.

2. (b) Applicants shall establish residency through submission of electronic copies or digital images in color of a combination of the following documents establishing residency for the entire span of the applicable time period:

   1. (1) An unexpired Oklahoma-issued driver license or Real ID;
   2. (2) An Oklahoma identification card;

3. (3) Utility bills, excluding cellular telephone, television, and internet bills;

   1. (4) Residential property deeds or other official documentation establishing proof of ownership of Oklahoma residential property;
   2. (5) Rental agreements for residential property located in the State of Oklahoma;
   3. (6) Oklahoma Tax Returns showing the applicant as an Oklahoma taxpayer; or
   4. (7) Other documentation the Authority deems necessary and/or sufficient to establish residency.
