Screening and educational procedures as described in the Physical Therapy Practice Act are defined as follows:

1. (1) "To educate" means to train by formal instruction and supervised practice.
2. (2) "To screen" means to examine methodically in order to separate into different groups to identify problems which can be managed within the expertise of a licensed physical therapist.
