- (a) A player's eligibility to win a prize is subject to OLC ticket validation requirements.
- (b) The play symbols shall be used by a player to determine eligibility for instant game prizes. For each instant game, the player shall uncover the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal the play symbols. Eligibility to win a prize is based on the approved play style programmed in the Lottery’s central gaming system.
- (c) The numbers appearing on a draw ticket shall be used by the player to determine eligibility for Draw Game prizes. A draw game play may only be claimed for the highest prize category won. For purposes of calculation of any prize to be paid in any draw game, the winning prize amount shall be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
