- (a) Draw Game plays may only be entered manually using the authorized lottery sales terminal or by means of a digital playslip provided via the OLC's app or by other means approved by the OLC.
- (b) Retailers shall not permit any device to be connected to a lottery sales terminal to enter plays, except as approved by OLC
