Persons applying to become lottery retailers shall be charged a uniform application fee of $45. If the location is the applicant's second or more location, no additional application fee will be charged. The OLC shall charge an initial and subsequent annual bond fee of $50 to be collected at the time of retailer approval and annually in the first month of each fiscal year. Bond monies will be utilized for the repayment of any retailer bad debt incurred by the Lottery during the course of the fiscal year. Any monies not applied to bad debt will be applied to the OLC’s profit formula.
