- (a) The Plan shall include, but not be limited to, the mandates of Section 901 of the Act.
- (b) The Commission will review and evaluate capital outlay requests submitted by state government entities. As a result of the evaluation, the Commission will formulate and recommend a detailed list of capital projects for the executive and legislative branches to consider for funding during the next two fiscal years. In addition, a listing of recommended projects for the six fiscal years following the aforementioned two, will be prepared by the Commission.
