Persons enrolled in IDAP prior to November 1, 2022 must submit an application for ignition interlock history and must meet or exceed his/her tentative program completion date as reflected on the application. The applicant is responsible for providing the program completion date. The applicant shall receive the completed history application via their preferred method of contact. The applicant shall be responsible for presenting the completed report to the driver licensing authority.
