The rules in this Chapter pertain to persons involved in various aspects of the conduct of tests for alcohol under the provisions of Title 47 O.S., Sections 751-761 and 3 O.S., Section 303 and 63 O.S., Section 4210A, Oklahoma Statutes. These rules address standards and qualifications of breath-alcohol test operators and regulate initial issuance, renewal, reinstatement, and revocation of permits for such persons.
