Effective July 1, 2008, a member, upon retirement, electing a Deferred Option Plan or electing a vested benefit, shall be credited with not more than 1,920 hours of unused accumulated sick leave. For the purposes of this computation, 1,920 hours shall total twelve (12) months, with 20 days totaling one month of credit.
