1. (a) The provisions of Chapter 2, Administrative Procedures, beginning at CLEET Rule 390:2-1-1, are incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein.
2. (b) The purpose of these Rules is to set forth the requirements and guidelines needed to implement and enforce the provisions of the Oklahoma Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act. Generally, these Rules are intended to implement standards and procedures to protect the interest of the public without placing undue burdens upon the operation of the bail enforcement business.
