CLEET may impose disciplinary penalties and fines and/or suspend or revoke the approved status of a school, a school coordinator, or an instructor for good cause, and upon written notification. Such notification shall contain the reasons for disciplinary penalties and fines and/or suspension or revocation. These reasons may include:

1. (1) Use of non-approved curricula or other instructional materials;
2. (2) Use of false or other misinformation in any application or other document submitted to CLEET;
3. (3) Failure to make timely reports as required by the rules of this subchapter;
4. (4) Failure to maintain records as required by CLEET;
5. (5) Use of non-approved instructors;
6. (6) Failure to cooperate fully with CLEET in its efforts to ensure compliance with the provisions with the rules of this subchapter;
7. (7) Violations of the rules of this subchapter and other acts or omissions as prescribed by CLEET;
8. (8) Falsification of student records or test information;
9. (9) Failure to obtain approval from CLEET for instructor discretionary materials (films, student handouts, etc.).
