1. (a) The fee schedule for the Alternative Fuels Technician Certification Act is as follows:

   1. (1) Alternative fuels technician examination - $50;
   2. (2) Alternative fuels technician certificate - $50;
   3. (3) Company, partnership, or corporation - $100;
   4. (4) Training program certification (one-time) - $500;
   5. (5) Alternative fuels installation certification per location - $1,000;

   6. (6) Certificate renewal (if made within 30 days after expiration):

      1. (A) Alternative fuels technician certificate - $50;
      2. (B) Company, partnership, or corporation - $100;
      3. (C) Alternative fuels installation certification - $1,000 per location;
   7. (7) Penalty for late certification renewal - $10.

2. (b) Form of payment from non-governmental entities and general public.

   1. (1) Payment may be only in the form of:

      1. (A) Certified funds;
      2. (B) Business check;
      3. (C) Personal check;
      4. (D) Money order;
      5. (E) Cashier's check; or
      6. (F) Credit or debit card.
   2. (2) Unguaranteed checks and 2-party checks shall not be accepted.
   3. (3) Payment refunds. All payments received are nonrefundable.
