Contractors will abide by all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to:

1. (1) Workers' compensation;
2. (2) Prevailing wage rates;
3. (3) Public contracts;
4. (4) Liability Insurance;
5. (5) EPA, OSHA, DOT, and DOL rules and regulations;
6. (6) Contractors shall abide by the project design, as approved by DOL.
