1. (a) Information gathered by the CICs include the:

   1. (1) number of juveniles admitted;
   2. (2) demographic data;
   3. (3) intake time distribution;
   4. (4) law enforcement officer time;
   5. (5) length of juvenile's stay;

   6. (6) summary of offenses by types, including:

      1. (A) felonies;

         1. (i) violent crimes as defined by the Juvenile On-Line Tracking System (JOLTS);
         2. (ii) thefts; and
         3. (iii) possession of drugs;

      2. (B) misdemeanors, including:

         1. (i) thefts;
         2. (ii) possession of drugs; and
         3. (iii) possession of alcohol;

      3. (C) status offenses, including:

         1. (i) truancy; and
         2. (ii) traffic violations.

   7. (7) whether the juvenile's case will be heard in:

      1. (A) district court; or
      2. (B) municipal court.
   8. (8) summary of discharge which includes to whom the juvenile was released such as, the juvenile's parent, guardian, legal custodian, attorney or other responsible adult; and

   9. (9) summary of assessments, including the:

      1. (A) number of juveniles receiving an initial screening assessment;
      2. (B) number of the juveniles who refused the initial screening assessment;
      3. (C) number of juveniles receiving the assessment; and
      4. (D) number of juveniles and parents who refused the assessment.
