Testing for substances or their metabolites shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. (1) alcohol;
2. (2) marijuana;

3. (3) opiates/synthetic narcotics such as:

   1. (A) codeine (a.k.a. Tylenol #3 and #4, etc., cough syrups, Robitussin AC);
   2. (B) hydrocodone (a.k.a. Vicodin or Lortab);
   3. (C) hydromorphone (a.k.a. Dilaudid);
   4. (D) meperidine (a.k.a. Demerol);
   5. (E) methadone (a.k.a. Dolophine);
   6. (F) oxycodone (a.k.a. Percodan or Percocet);
   7. (G) propoxyphene (a.k.a. Darvon);
   8. (H) heroin;
   9. (I) morphine;
4. (4) cocaine;
5. (5) phencyclidine;

6. (6) amphetamines:

   1. (A) amphetamines (a.k.a. Dexadrine, Benzedrine);
   2. (B) methamphetamines (a.k.a. Desoxyn);
   3. (C) methylenedioxyamphetamines;
   4. (D) methylenedioxymethamphetamines;
   5. (E) phentermine (a.k.a. Adipex, Fastin, Ioamin);

7. (7) barbiturates:

   1. (A) amobarbital (a.k.a. Amytal);
   2. (B) butalbital (a.k.a. Florinal, Fioricet);
   3. (C) pentobarbital (a.k.a. Nembutal);
   4. (D) secobarbital (a.k.a. Seconal; NOTE: Amobarbital and secobarbital combination to form Tuinal.

8. (8) benzodiazepines:

   1. (A) diazepam (a.k.a. Valium);
   2. (B) chlordiazepam (a.k.a. Librium);
   3. (C) alprazolam (a.k.a. Xanex);
   4. (D) clorazepate (a.k.a. Tranxene); and
9. (9) methaqualone (a.k.a. Quaalude, Parest, Sopor).
10. (10) Any other substance approved for testing by the Commissioner of Health of the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).
