1. (a) The facility shall have written specifications for additional physical training to be administered for disciplinary purposes.
2. (b) Additional physical training must be applied in proportion to the importance of the rule violation.
3. (c) Additional physical training may not negatively impact the physical health and well-being of the juvenile.
