Records consisting of planning, development, and evaluation records relating to selection, including feasibility studies, planning documents, and justification supporting materials; implementation; upgrading, modification, or conversion of systems and equipment; procedures; and manuals pertaining to the acquisition and use of data processing equipment shall be retained in accordance with the Department of Central Services' rules for records retention.
