The procedure for filing complaints is as follows:
- (1) Complaint procedures may be obtained from any member of the OSBI.
- (2) Complaints must be against a Commission Member of the OSBI.
- (3) Complainants must reduce their complaint to writing, stating specific allegations with sufficient detail to make clear what occurred.
- (4) Complaint shall be dated and signed by the Complainant.
- (5) Complaint shall be mailed to the OSBI Commission in care of the Director at the OSBI Headquarters in Oklahoma City.
