- (a) Hearings may be recorded. A party may have a court reporter present when he or she has made arrangements regarding the court reporter's attendance and cost for the reporter's service.
- (b) Costs for transcripts of the record or of any portion thereof shall be borne by the party or parties requesting the transcript.
