1. (a) All applicants for employment who are selected for such employment and accept a conditional offer of employment shall undergo a background investigation in order to determine his/her suitability for employment with the OSBI.
2. (b) All such applicants given a conditional offer of employment shall be fingerprinted by an employee of the OSBI for the purpose of assisting in that background investigation.

3. (c) All such applicants given a conditional offer of employment shall sign all releases and documents necessary to perform that background investigation including, but not limited to:

   1. (1) Release of liability and authorization for background investigation conducted by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation,
   2. (2) Release for educational and disciplinary records and release from liability;
   3. (3) Application for Search and Certified Copy of Birth Certificate,
   4. (4) Request for Military Records and Release from Liability
   5. (5) Request for Tax Records.
