RBC Reports submitted to the Insurance Department pursuant to the Risk-based Capital for Insurers Act, 36 O.S. § 1521, et seq., shall be in a form and contain such information as is required by the risk-based capital instructions adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
