Applicants shall submit a summary diagram indicating the pre-transfer and post-transfer structure of each party of the Insurance Business Transfer, a summary of what portfolio is transferring, a description of any liabilities that are transferring, a high-level capital plan indicating how the parties will meet ongoing capital requirements, and a clear description of any issues or areas of complexity. The summary diagram shall be submitted prior to the nomination of an independent expert.
