1. (a) Service Warranty Associations and insurers for service warranties shall electronically file quarterly statements and the applicable administrative fee amount required pursuant to 15 O.S. § 141.14(D) in the manner and form prescribed the Commissioner on the Department’s website.
2. (b) The filing deadlines for the quarterly statements and fees are as follows:
3. (i) First Quarter – No later than April 30 of each year
4. (ii) Second Quarter – No later than July 31 of each year
5. (iii) Third Quarter – No later than October 31 of each year
6. (iv) Fourth Quarter – No later than January 31 of each year
