This regulation shall apply to any solicitation, sale or purchase of, or advice made in connection with, life insurance, annuity products, or other senior-specific products such as Medicare Supplement plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans by an insurance producer.
