If the Department determines that a permit holder has violated the statutes relating to the management of depredating animals by use of aircraft, Department rules, or other applicable legal authorities, the Department may:

1. (1) Refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authority for criminal prosecution; and/or
2. (2) Deny, suspend, cancel, revoke, or refuse reissuance of a permit after an administrative hearing conducted in a manner consistent with OAC 35:1-9-1 et seq.;
3. (3) Assess an administrative penalty of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) per day of noncompliance; and
4. (4) Bring an action for injunctive relief in District Court.
