1. (a) Each application to obtain a license to manufacture or distribute commercial feed products within the state shall be accompanied by a license fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). License renewal applications received thirty (30) days after the due date shall be subject to a late filing fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
2. (b) An inspection fee of fifteen cents ($0.15) per ton shall be paid on commercial feeds and/or feed ingredients. The minimum semi-annual inspection fee shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00). Inspection fees which are due and have not been remitted to the Board within fifteen (15) days following the date due shall have a penalty fee of ten percent (10%) or Fifty Dollars ($50.00) minimum added to the amount due when payment is finally made.
3. (c) If the Board finds any deficient inspection fees due, as a result of an audit of the records of any person subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Commercial Feed Law, the Board shall assess a penalty fee of ten percent (10%) maximum not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) of amount due, or One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater. The audit penalty shall be added to the deficient inspection fees due and payment made within thirty (30) days.
