Upon the request of the Department or any authorized law enforcement officer, any person transporting industrial hemp shall produce the following documents for inspection:

1. (1) Copy of current hemp grower's license;
2. (2) Current approved certificate of analysis for the harvested hemp crop; and
3. (3) Processor/Handlers license number, name, address, and contact information.
