(a) Feeds and grains testing fees:
1. (1) Sample preparation - $10.00.
2. (2) Proximate analysis:
  1. (A) Ash - $7.00.
  2. (B) Fat, dry pet foods, milk replacers, and other extruded feeds - $50.00.
  3. (C) Fat, all other feeds - $16.00.
  4. (D) Fiber, acid detergent (ADF) - $16.00.
  5. (E) Fiber, crude - $10.00.
  6. (F) Moisture - $7.00.
  7. (G) Non-protein nitrogen - $21.00.
  8. (H) Protein - $10.00.
3. (3) Other feed analysis:
  1. (A) Aflatoxins - $65.00.
  2. (B) Fumonisin - $65.00.
  3. (C) Salt, from chloride - $20.00.
  4. (D) Salt, from sodium - $22.00.
  5. (E) Sulfur - $34.00.
  6. (F) Sugar, total as invert - $75.00.
  7. (G) Vitamin A - $60.00.
