Fee schedule for weights and measures

(a) Owners or users requesting tests of weighing and measuring devices shall pay the following fees:
1. (1) VEHICLE SCALES (per indicator): $200.00
2. (2) RANCH AND ANIMAL SCALES (per indicator): $200.00
3. (3) PORTABLE PLATFORM SCALES (up to 1,000 lbs.): $50.00
4. (4) PLATFORM SCALES (more than 1,000 lbs.): $150.00
5. (5) COUNTER AND COMPUTING:
  1. (A) Up to 40 lbs.: $30.00
  2. (B) More than 40 lbs.: $50.00
6. (6) GRAIN HOPPER SCALES: $400.00
7. (7) HANGING SCALES: $50.00
8. (8) OVERHEAD TRACK: $150.00
9. (9) PACKING SCALES:
  1. (A) Up to 30 lbs.: $30.00
  2. (B) Over 30 lbs.: $50.00
10. (10) OVER AND UNDER SCALES: $30.00
(b) The following license fees shall be paid to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry:
1. (1) A fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for issuance or renewal of a service agency license.
2. (2) A fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for issuance or renewal of a service technician license for each category of weights and measures serviced.
3. (3) A fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for the issuance of an apprentice service technician license.
4. (4) A fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for the issuance of a duplicate license.
5. (5) Any license renewal applications received thirty (30) or more days after the renewal date shall result in the Board charging a penalty equal to and in addition to the cost of the license.
