1. (a) Contracts for provision of CBRC placements are issued according to rules and procedures, per Oklahoma Administrative Code 340:2-13, established by statutory requirements found in Section 85.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

2. (b) Contracts are monitored on-site, at least annually by the Child Welfare Services Contract Performance Review team, to ensure the:

   1. (1) contractor's compliance with all contract terms;
   2. (2) services provided are in compliance with contract terms; and
   3. (3) clients receive the maximum benefit from the contractual services.
