1. (a) National criminal history records check reports:

   1. (1) are confidential, per Section 50.12 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations; and
   2. (2) may not be disseminated outside of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services or authorized entities.
2. (b) The security, confidentiality, and dissemination of national criminal history records checks for child care programs are governed by qualified entity standards.
