For Child Care programs, the Child Care Development Fundis mandated to subsample the reviewed and submitted Administrative Review Unit cases from Oklahoma Human Services' random sample. When a difference is noted by a federal agency, the agency is notified in writing and has the opportunity to present more information or to contest the finding.
