1. (a) Sub-grantees use DOL forms for the Senior Community Service Employment Program to include the:

   1. (1) Participant Handbook Acknowledgment;
   2. (2) Family Size Verification;
   3. (3) Family Income Worksheet;
   4. (3) Host Agency Agreement;
   5. (4) Host Agency Orientation; and
   6. (5) Job Search Activity Documentation.
2. (b) The DOL Participant Handbook or completion of forms do not constitute a contract or a guarantee to obtain work.
