Veterinarians shall use one-time disposable hypodermic needles. The official veterinarian and the organization shall provide a secure place for the disposal of needles, syringes, injectable medications and their containers; and practicing veterinarians within the enclosure shall dispose of veterinary equipment and biological waste properly and in such secure place.
