The PACE provider must:
- (1) collect data to comply with reporting requirements in provider application;
- (2) generate and maintain monthly reports from collected data;
- (3) make the reports available to the OHCA; and
- (4) comply with all data requests as specified by the OHCA within 30 days of such requests.
