Payment is made for the technical component of outpatient radiation therapy and compensable x-ray procedures.

1. (1) Mammograms. Medically necessary screening mammography is a covered benefit. Additional follow-up mammograms are covered when medically necessary.
2. (2) Ultrasounds. Ultrasounds for obstetrical care are paid in accordance with provisions found at OAC 317:30-5-22(b)(2)(A)-(C).
