Effective Sep 1, 201633 Ok Reg 791<i><sup>1</sup>This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency amendatory action, the last effective permanent text is reinstated. - (b) Claims must be submitted in accordance with guidelines found at OAC 317:30-3-11 and 317:30-3-11.1.
