The ALJ has jurisdiction of the following matters:

1. (1) Member state fair hearing. The ALJ has jurisdiction to hear any state fair hearing arising from a member's CE or DBM appeal of an adverse benefit determination.
2. (2) Provider OHCA administrative appeal. The ALJ has jurisdiction to hear any OHCA administrative appeal arising from a decision that was not wholly in the provider's favor.
