All benefits for HealthChoice plans offered through EGID as described in the rules in this title shall be paid according to the handbooks, schedule of benefits and benefit administration procedures or guidelines as adopted by EGID. The schedule of benefits and benefit administration procedures or guidelines as adopted by EGID shall be available for inspection by the public.
