1. (a) Hospital discharge data files must be submitted to the Department within 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter, beginning calendar year 2020.
2. (b) Ambulatory surgery data files must be submitted to the Department within 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter, beginning with calendar year 2020.
3. (c) Emergency department data files must be submitted to the Department within 45 days after the end of each month, beginning with calendar year 2020.
4. (d) The Department may grant an extension on written request from the information provider on a case-by-case basis.
