Codified 11-1-24; Effective 11-1-24, the rules in this Chapter were transferred from Chapter 2, Subchapter 3, in the Department of Human Service's Title 340 [OAC 340:2-3-1 through 340:2-3-75]. Pursuant to Senate Bill 1709 (2024), "all administrative rules promulgated by the Director of Human Services for the Office of Client Advocacy shall be transferred to and become a part of the administrative rules of the State Department of Health" [Senate Bill 1709 (2024)].; 63 O.S., § 1-104; 10A O.S., §§ 1-9-112, 1-9-112a, 1-9-117; 10 O.S., § 1430.27Oklahoma State Department of Health
