1. (a) Any adult jail, lockup or other adult facility shall record and report, in a manner consistent with requirements of the Office of Juvenile Affairs, the detention of any person under the age of eighteen (18) [10A O.S. § 2-3-103(F)].
2. (b) Records of detention for persons under the age eighteen (18) and detained in the last year shall be subject to review during the Department's annual inspection.
