1. (a) The facility must provide twenty-four (24) hour nursing services sufficient to meet the needs of the hospice inpatients.
2. (b) Each patient must receive treatments, medications, and diet as prescribed, and kept comfortable, clean, well-groomed, and protected from accident, injury, and infection.
3. (c) Each shift must include at least one (1) registered nurse to supervise the facility and provide direct patient care.
4. (d) There must be adequate numbers of other licensed nurses and support staff to provide services established in the patient's plan of care while the patient is in the facility.
