Independent Review Organization Certification Rules
63 O.S., § 1-104; Codified 6-12-00; Effective 8-26-11, the authority for promulgating the rules in this Chapter 658 was transferred to the Insurance Department from the Oklahoma State Department of Health [see Laws 2011, c. 278 and c. 360]. The Insurance Department promulgated emergency rules on 9-12-11 [see 29 Ok Reg 16], and subsequently superseded the emergency rules with permanent rules at OAC 365:10-29-1 through 365:10-29-10 on 7-14-12. The Department of Health later revoked the rules in this Chapter [OAC 310:658], effective 9-12-14.Oklahoma State Department of Health
