1. (a) This Subchapter incorporates the authorization, licensure, and minimum requirements for operating a Stretcher Van Service that transports passengers that are medically stable, but need to be transported in a reclining position, and
2. (b) provide standards for the enforcement of the provisions of the Act and this Chapter.
