1. (a) Drug screen testing facility standards shall be prepared with pure drug standards which are properly labeled as to content and concentration. The standards shall be labeled with the following dates:

   1. (1) when received;
   2. (2) when prepared or opened;
   3. (3) when placed in service; and
   4. (4) expiration date.
2. (b) Purchase, storage, and use of all drug standards shall conform to all Federal, State, and local laws.
