The facility shall conform with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to the following:

1. (1) fire safety or building codes;
2. (2) communicable and reportable diseases;
3. (3) occupational health and safety matters for employees and staff; and
4. (4) hazardous and infectious waste disposal.
